I called when my washing machine died. Alex came out same day. He was very professional. It appeared it was the control board, which are not cheap. He had to get the part and had to come back another day. He discovered, after installing new part, that the real problem was the electrical outlet had failed. He reinstalled my original part and plugged machine into a different outlet using an appropriate extension cord. It worked! He did not charge me for the new part. He gave me my deposit check back and only charged me their normal fee. I am very impressed with his honesty and their prices are so reasonable. I will use them for any future issues and I would recommend this company to anyone I know. I have already made an appointment with an electrician to repair the outlet.

The company was responsive and promptly got me on the schedule upon contacting them. Oleksandr quickly determined my washing machine issue. The fix was not worth the labor/parts cost based on the problem and the age of the machine. He determined I could continue use, but advised planning on getting a new washing machine. His knowledge and honesty were impressive. He then took the time to take a quick look at my refrigerator ice machine & found no major issue but made a few simple suggestions to improve functioning - unlike a prior company that wanted to charge hundreds for a repair that may or may not have been necessary. I will definitely use this company again for my appliance repair needs.

Sava was on time and identified the issue with the dryer right away. He made the repair and cleaned everything up nicely. I appreciated that he was on time and that there were appointments available within 48 hours. Labor price seemed a little high but they knocked off $50 for leaving a review and that seemed about right.

Alex was professional, clean, polite and proficient. He fixed the squeaking our dryer was making and the difficulty in turning the drum. Discovered it was a locked in place wheel. Alex replaced it, oiled the others and checked all the other parts to make sure it was all in working order. Works great now! Price was quite affordable. Thank you so much Alex!
