Cabinet orientation and service access also matter. Photograph the rating plate, control display and the installed area without assuming the label or panel location. Note shelving, finished surfaces, utility lines or other access limits that could affect safe inspection. This access-first approach separates the Ruud page from a generic parts list.
Keep Ruud and Rheem documentation separated

When burners stop but the blower remains on, the control may be responding to a limit or another protective condition. Capturing the timing of the shutdown helps distinguish airflow, control and combustion causes.
Prepare the Ruud service area and evidence for an intermittent call
Because the Ruud page uses an access and serviceability angle, the request should show both the equipment identification and the installed surroundings.
