From Charger Selection to Inspection

Do not use a damaged receptacle, warm plug, undersized extension cord, improvised adapter, or repeatedly tripping circuit for EV charging. Stop charging if there is heat, odor, discoloration, buzzing, or water intrusion. Do not open the EVSE or electrical panel while energized.
