Yes. Record both zone settings and behavior, when the difference began, and whether the display, fan, door, or moisture behavior also changed.
What should I do about condensation on the glass or inside the cabinet?
Photograph where it appears and note door closure, loading, room conditions, and whether it returns. Avoid disassembling the door, gasket, or cabinet to investigate.
Do you service undercounter Sub-Zero wine units?
Requests are accepted for undercounter and full-height Sub-Zero wine storage. Send the exact model and a wide installation photo so the team can confirm the appropriate visit.
Should I empty the unit before service?
Ask the service team when the visit is confirmed. If storage conditions are unsuitable, make separate collection-preservation arrangements based on appropriate guidance.
Can door or panel alignment be included in the request?
Yes. Include photos of the complete door, hinge side, gasket, panel gaps, and anything that rubs or limits closure. The technician will determine how those observations relate to the serviceable appliance.
