A short video from a safe distance can show whether the cabinet rocks, slides, twists, or strikes a wall, but do not run another high-speed cycle solely to make a recording. Note the selected program, load type, load size, water remaining, and the exact moment movement becomes severe. Photograph the model and serial label, full installation, floor contact, pedestal or stacking arrangement, and surrounding clearances.
Report a recent move, new flooring, leveling work, removed or retained shipping hardware, hose changes, or the first load that produced the symptom. Also describe whether the machine is quiet when empty, whether it drains fully, and whether the door or lid unlocks normally.
